We all have goals in life. Loose 10 lbs. Run a successful business. Own your own house. Run 10K. Whatever it is, we all have goals and we all have setbacks.

I have always been a fit person. There was a phase in my life where I was what some people referred to as ‘skinny fat’. I didn’t really do anything but I was ‘skinny’, but no means fit, that was my metabolism at work. I didn’t feel good, I just appeared to be fit.

Dem Brows!

Years ago, I was still in high school years ago, I was at the age where I started using products, dying my hair, the evil and horrid chore shaving my legs, and getting my brows done. I have never really been one for waxing, lasers, zapping, threading, and what ever other methods are out there. I have a very busy and full life, I try to do what I can on my own, but sometimes you need a professional. I’ve always been that way. Maybe I’m just cheap.

This September is full of firsts for our family. Positive, new, scary and exciting. Even though September is the ninth month of the year, it has always represented a ‘new year’ for me – even more so than January. There are so many things to look forward too. September represents routine, new adventures, new starts, cooler weather (yay), scarfs and family. For us now, we get to add school, well in our case preschool.
