I know I’m a couple day late … but better late than never.
Another month has come and gone. I am enjoying reflecting back on what has been accomplished, done or created.
- Apples – Every time I start baking or canning, my love for apples grows. My daughter is in love with them as well. YAY! Score one for health!
- My Mum – She has showed me so many wonderful things and raised me right.
- A roof & lock – Happy isn’t the right word, but I’ll use it. I am so happy I get to come home everyday to a roof over my head and a lock on my door.
Remember all those apples that I was raving about? Well, they have taken on a new delicious form – APPLE SAUCE.
If you are pregnant (lets say for example you’re 6 months), make sure you have help. You could become extremely tired, sore and possibly cranky while trying to do everything yourself. Just saying I know someone that happened too!
Let’s get down to business.
A couple years ago, I re-discovered my love for canning. My Grandma was always canning what ever fruit and vegetable that she had in her gardens, pears, apples, plums, tomatoes, you name it. I would walk over to the pantry and crack open a jar of her amazing pear’s. OH! they were amazing. Words can not describe how sweet and mouth watering delicious they were.
